Explanation:

A Bisection is a division through a line into two congruent parts. In addition, looking attentively at the figure, we see the upper angles are congruent to the lower ones. So the same happens to the other Diagonal (from left upper side to the bottom right side)

A third lead is that the angle measures define the width and the height. Same angles measure on the base and on the height, define same width and same height. Therefore, this Parallelogram is a Rectangle.
