Their are many key aspects that can be done to serve people who have been victims of crimes. Treating those people with understanding (without babying them), treating them with respect in a way by showing them that you respect them by what they had to go through. Being very loyal and kind can always help them feel protected or better about themselves in a way to help them feel better.
