Did Charles Darwin conceive of natural selection on his voyage?

Not really. He published his book with the theory, On the Origin of Species, in 1859, and his voyage on the HMS Beagle to the Galapagos was in 1831. But, it is true that the voyage gave him important feedback, knowledge and material to elaborate his theory.

No he did not, it was 5-7 years after the voyage ended
