Marla tells Robin that some other women who were up at night saw the special forces heading into Iraq from Kuwait. When he asks why the women were up she replies, "Had to go pee...Did you know women did that?" Why does she ask him this?

I believe it was a sarcastic remark that Marla told Robin. (To be honest, I didn't think women were able to pee until I was 8, which makes me sad to say)

Maybe she thinks his question was a dumb question, and so replied sarcastically with "Did you know women did that?"
