While this is obviously personal, I can certainly give you an example. A great example of a physical characteristic would be having beautiful eyes. I feel having beautiful eyes is a nice characteristic to have because that is the first thing people usually see when they meet you for the first time. And if you have pretty eyes, they warm up to you faster and can maybe trust you more.
