Answer:

B. 86.7 cm²

Explanation:

We have the square and four triangles.

The formula of an area of a squre:

A_s=a^2

We have a = 5.1 cm. Substitute:

A_s=(5.1)^2=26.01\ cm^2

The formula of an area of a triangle:

A_t=(ah)/(2)

We have a = 5.1 cm and h = 5.95 cm. Substitute:

A_t=((5.1)(5.95))/(2)=(30.345)/(2)=15.1725\ cm^2

The Surface Area of the pyramid:

S.A.=A_s+4A_t

Substitute:

S.A.=26.01+4(15.1725)=26.01+60.69=86.7\ cm^2
