HOW TO DO THIS FOR OTHER TIMES:

EX:

check the number to the right, for example if I had to round 3.789 to the nearest hundreth

it would be 3.79 because the number to the right of the hundreth's place was 9, which means you have to go up one.

when rounding a number if the value is....

1-4: DONT CHANGE THE NUMBER

5-9: GO UP ONE
