How does water temperature influence the ability for oxygen & carbon dioxide to dissolve in it?

The warmer the water the faster the atoms move meaning that they are more easily dissolved because they are more unstable. The colder the water the slower the atoms move and the more stable their bond is making them harder to dissolve
