The formula of Potassium Chloride is KCl.

It is a neutral salt which is formed by the reaction of potassium hydroxide with hydrochloric acid. It has no effect in litmus paper because it is neutral in nature. It can be checked by the help of pH paper, it turns pH paper into green in colour which proves that it is neutral salt.
