Answer:y=x +3

y=-4x +18

Therefore

x+3=-4x + 18

5x=18-3

5x=15

x=3

y=x +3

y=3+3

y=6

y = 18 - 4x

18 - 4x = x + 3

-5x = -15

x = 3

y = 3 + 3

y = 6
