(−3, 3), (3, 3), (3, −3),
and (−3, −3).

A dilation of the square has vertices at 
(−9, 9), (9, 9), (9, −9),
and (−9, −9).

Find the scale factor and the perimeter of each square.

Please help me out asap I don't understand how to find the scale factor ;-;

the correct answer is scales p1:p2= 9:6
