The answer is; A

In natural cementation of sedimentary rocks. When the sediments settle down, the dissolved mineral ions in the water precipitate and act as a binding agent in between the sediment grains. This occurs over time (millions of years) allow the whole sediment layers to bind into a rock in a process referred to as lithification.
