D) Comment posting
Comment posting is a writing innovation that resulted from the internet. Before the internet people were not able to easily comment directly on other's writings. All comments had to go through publication and take up precious printing resources. Comments weren't part of published literature. Attending poetry readings, fiction writing, and reading adventure stories were all before the internet.
