The biggest problem at my school are the student involvement. Many students are afraid of putting the spotlight on themselves and participate in what they're interested it. Due to anxiety and fear of being judged by others, not many students step forth and achieve their goals. I believe the best solution to this issue is to encourage more students to be a larger part of the community by giving some sort of recognition. Whether that's an award of recognition or a little prize, anything prized would be a great deal to the students.
