Diziness is a sensation of movement of your surroundigs, which is not actually occurring.

Natural causes of dizziness, which means, not the effects of alcohol and drugs, can be things that occur in your inner ear, or more specifically, the labyrinth, which is has two functions, one of them being regulating balance.

Also, vertigo, can also be a natural casue of dizziness, but it shouldn't count, since vertigo is also related to the labyrinth. There are many deseases that can produce vertigo.
