Human rights sometimes conflict with the rights of government to protect society. Let's take a look to the right of protest. According to the First Amendment there are freedom of speech, freedom of the press, freedom of religion and freedom and freedom of assembly. Protesting -- the time-devoted practice of publicly speaking out against perceived injustices and urging action--is a form of assembly and thus protected by the Constitution. However, there is a right to peaceful protests; "peaceful" being the operative and key word, there are limits.
