1 5/6 pans

Explanation:

When it says 1/6, you automatically know that the whole number will be 6/6. But it says two pans, meaning when have to add 6/6 and 6/6. That will be two. So then you have to subtract 2 - 5/6 = 1 5/6 = 12/6 - 5/6 = 1 5/6. So that will be the answer.

That can no longer be simplified.
