It would be World history. In the real document he crossed out world history and put infamy

When President Roosevelt said on December 7, 1941 that the date would live in "infamy," he meant that the day would be remembered as a dishonorable and disgraceful day in American history as a result of the large number of human losses because of the Pearl Harbor attacks. Hence, out of these words Roosevelt was comparing the attacks to have been done in such a manner that could be equated with "dishonor."
