IT CREATED A CRISIS WHERE MANY PEOPLE HAD NO WAY TO MAKE A LIVING- THUS CREATING A NEED TO TRY A NEW LIFE IN THE SO-CALLED "NEW" WORLD AND IT INDIRECTLY STIMULATED THE GROWTH OF THE DFIRST INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION.
