It affects how we vote, Americans today are divided, if they are Republican, or Democrat, which in return has America focused on arguing, rather then actually working together, and fixing what need to be fixed.

The Republican and Democratic parties effect elections because each party is what makes up our government. When people vote, they decide which party they want to win. The Republicans stand against abortion and liberalism and are pro-gun and pro-life. Democratics stand with abortion and liberalism and are anti-gun and anti-life. I myself am a Republican and stand with President Trump. His choices reflect on the Republican party, which put him in power.

Answer: Both parties are what makes up our governement; each elector must come from one of the two parties.
