Are there always the same number of prime numbers between 2 consecutive multiples of 10? Explain.

No. For example: between 10 and 20, the prime numbers are 11, 13, 17, and 19. Between 20 and 30, the prime numbers are 23 and 29. There are more between 10 and 20 than between 20 and 30.
