Can someone please make a sentence with the word assuage and sentient

Assuage means to relieve a difficult or stressful situation. It is a verb. Sentient means able to perceive feelings. It is an adjective. So a sentence that excludes both might look like this:

To assuage her fears of causing harm to sentient creatures, Sally is always extra careful when she drives through a deer crossing area.
