Well, at the end there is no more lower abdomen pain and the cramps go away, and the desire to eat all day goes away including the mood swings.

Well we do not have that essential crave for junk food and things that are not good for use we also do not have cramps and we begin to have the blood dry faster than when you have a very heavy flow that is all I know
