It would be the last one because mitosis makes up most of your body's tissues and organs.

It makes clones that will work the same as the original. In mitosis, the original cell splits into two cells.
Basically all the other answers would be applicable to meiosis.
The last one would be incorrect because mitosis doesn't make tissues grow faster it only replaces cells
