Some of the measures that they took were:
- They tried to form coalition among the farmers to control the supply of their products. When the product became rare, the prices for agricultural goods would also be increased.
- The plant only the type of crops that are in high demand during each seasonal period.
- They form a lobbyist to elect a representative that would increae the price floor for their agricultural products.
