Priya buys fruit from a market.

She buys 4 oranges, 3 apples, 2 bananas, and some pears.
If she spent £3.65, how many pears did she buy?

Oranges 45p each
Apples 30p each
Bananas 25p each
Pears 15p each

4 Oranges = £1.80
3 Apples = 90p
2 Bananas = 50p
= £3.20

£3.65 - £3.20 = 45p

45p / 15p = 3.

So the answer is 3 Pears
