The radius of the semi circle is 12 ÷ 2 = 6 cm.

Area of the semi circle =

The radius of the quarter circle is 6 cm.

Area of the quarter circle =
`(1)/(4)\pi(6^(2)=9\pi`

The area of the rectangle = 12 × 2 = 24

The area of the figure = 18π + 9π + 24 = 108.78 ≅ 109 cm. square
