A restaurant had n kg of sugar in its stock. Then, 5 kg sugar was used to make the first dessert on

the menu. Next, 3 kg sugar was used to make the second dessert on the menu. Write an
expression to show how many kilograms of sugar were left in the stock, and then simplify the
expression.
