Simplify radical 50

√50=√5×5×2=√5²×2=5√2

When simplifying a radical, you take out a perfect square and the number of times that square goes into it.

For example, √50 can be split into √25 and √2. √25=5, and √2 cannot be broken down anymore.

So you will end up with 5√2.
