x ÷ -4 ≤ 5

Explanation:

since the quotient is less than or equal to five it means we are dividing X by -4.

if we were to solve this we would get X is less than or equal to -20 which if we were to plug it back into the inequality would make sense

-20/ -4 ≤ 5

5 ≤ 5
