Answer: 3/28

Step-by-step explanation: First of all, we have two negative fractions we are multiplying. Whenever multiplying or dividing two negative fractions, the answer is always positive.

Now, to get our answer, we multiply the numerators and denominators together and but the numerator product over the denominator product as follows.

-(1)/(4) (-(3)/(7)) = (3)/(28)

3/28 cannot be further simplified, so that is your answer.

The product of (-1/4)(-3/7) is:

(-1/4)(-3/7)

As both are negative, the outcome is posostive.

1/4 × 3/7

=3/4×7

=3/28

Therefore the answer is C.3/28.

Hope it helps!
