Communism is special, for, as on paper, it gives everyone equal power, and everyone is 'the same'. However, in real life, it is far from it. While every citizen is "equal" (meaning they receive all the same benefits, problems, etc., the power really is given to the government, who controls the people. This could generally lead to the government changing into a Dictatorship, and that the people have little power to overcome.
