we just need make inside square 0

x+10=0

x=-10

y-8=0

y=8

so the center is (-10,8)

Answer:

the center of the circle is (-10,8)

Third option is correct.

Explanation:

The equation of the circle is
(x+10)^2+(y-8)^2=17

This equation can be rewritten as

(x-(-10))^2+(y-8)^2=17

The standard form of the circle is given by

(x-h)^2+(y-k)^2=r^2, where (h,k) is the center of the circle.

On comparing the given equation of circle with the standard form

h = -10, k = 8

Hence, the center of the circle is (-10,8)

Third option is correct.
