It cost a flat free of 3.15 to make an international call plus $0.05 for every minute that you talk. If you were charged $5.10 for making an international call,

for how many minutes did you talk?

To find the minutes talked, we can first deduct the original price:

5.10-3.15
=$1.95

We can then use division to find out minutes talked:

1.95÷0.05
=39

Therefore, you talked 39 minutes.

Hope it helps!
