Why is most of argentina's population concentrated in the northern half of the country?​

Since the southern part of Argentina is mostly colder climate and more remote, people tend to live towards the north. Also, the northern part of Argentina is closer to population centers with Uruguay and Brazil, thus increasing the amount of interaction and trade they can have. No one wants to live near colder climates and have no access to more services.
