One incident that happened at my summer internship at a criminal justice law firm was that a my partner and I disagreed on our entire campaign strategy a day before presenting it. He was very uncomfortable with my first draft, so we decided to redo the entire plan. Eventually, we re-organized our whole presentation. That evening, after hours of work, he asked to take the lead on putting together a new slides. I was hesitant because it was his first time putting a deck together, as well as our one chance to make the client happy again. We finally settled on that. In in the end, it all went well and according to plan!
