Nikita is upset that score higher on the ACT that she did she just says start telling people that she saw me go back and fill in the answers on the test after time was called making him out to be a cheater does the vet have a legal case against Nikita?

Nikita is the only witness to see you doing it but she made it up

To prove your innocence you would have to been with other people they would serve as witness saying you didn't do it even when you know you didn't in order to prove your innocence.
