If a 40 foot telephone pole casts a 34 foot shadow at the same time that a nearby tree casts a 28 foot shadow, how tall is the tree?

22

Explanation:

40 - 34 = 6

28 - 6 = 22


I'm not sure if there's any dividing or multiplying involved in this but I did my best..
