Answer: A and B

Explanation:

Since if 3 fish can fit in a 9 gallon tank thats means the point on a line would be (3,9). Since 3/9 can be simplified, it will be 1/3. Another equivalent fraction would be 6/18. If you can multiply by 2, 3/9 will be 6/18.

So B and C are not equivalent fractions.

Another equivalent fraction would be 6/18. If you multiply the numerator and denominator by 2, 3/9 becomes 6/18.

B & C are not equivalent fractions.
