Parabolas can shift up and down or left to right
Parabolas shifting left and right uses the formula of y=(x-a)^2 where a determined the amount it shifts.
E.g. y=(x-3)^2 moves right three units but if it was a +3 instead of -3, it moves three units to the left.
When parabolas move up or down, it uses y=mx^2+b (where b determines the amount it shifts)
If it is +10 , it moves ten units above but if it is -10 it moves ten units down
