Explanation:

Please find the attachment.

We have been given the data collected about the number of ice-cream cones sold at a ballpark in a week.

We are told that Day 1 corresponds to Sunday and Day 7 is following Saturday.

We can see from our given graph that horizontal axis represents the days from Sunday to Saturday and vertical axis shows the number of cones sold.

From given data we can see that on Sunday 25 and 26 cones were sold, so we just need to plot these points on our graph at (1,25) and (1,26).

On Monday no cones were sold.

On Tuesday 12 cones were sold, so we will add this point on graph at (3,12).

On Wednesday 8 and 10 cones were sold, so we just need to plot these points on our graph at (4,8) and (4,10).

There were 11 ice cream cones were sold on Thursday, so we will add this point on graph at (5,11).

On Friday 22 and 25 ice cream cones were sold, so we will plot these points on our graph at (6,22) and (6,25).

Similarly, we will graph ice-cream cones sold on Saturday at points (7,28) and (7,29).

Hence, we have created our scatter plot.
