The review is full of punctuation errors. For example, the comma before "hat's off" is not enough to join these two complete ideas. Also "hat's" should not have an apostrophe since it's not part of a contraction nor does the hat own anything. The second very long sentence is also punctuated incorrectly in many places. It is so incorrect, that it actually makes the sentence hard to read and understand.
