You should first
 calm down yourself sit down drink some water and take long breaths 
if not working count to 100 and back while taking a warm bubble bath
 if it is growing strongly call your parents and try to control yourself stay out of bathroom and kitchen stay sitting concerned on something else and take long and deep breaths . Rub your hands on surface or rub your hand together and tap you feet put an ice cube in a paper towel and squeeze it as hard as you can in one hand for a minute until you can feel the coldness and discomfort.Switch hands and repeat until you have the same sensations in your other hand.
