Depending on the person’s height and age the person should aim to be 15 pounds below the average weight. This can be obtained by vegetarian diets, and other diets that cut of fats. Exercise can be anything from pull ups, push ups, sit ups, jumping jacks, to squats. The monitoring can be done by parents, siblings, gym coach, partners, and close friends.
