The answer would be A because the word 'given' is past tense

Passive voice is a formal construction that is made of a verb 'to be' and a verb in past participle.

The only option which follows this rule is sentence A, as it says 'are given'.

Sentence B and C are solely written in active voice as there is no verb 'to be' followed by a past participle verb in the sentence.

Sentence D would be a passive construction if it had the verb 'to be' (are) before 'held'; however, the main idea is awards; that is why sentence A is the correct construction as it speaks about them.
