Sides: r+1=2r-4 so r=5
4b-6r=b-3 so 4b-30=b-3 so b=9
So each side is 6

Angles: 2x+6+x=180 (supplementary) so 3x=174 so x= 58
So two smaller angles are 58 and two larger are 122 degrees
