Mint, scientifically known as Mentha arvensis. Mint is the member of family Lamiaceae. Mentha arvensis is the most commonly grown mint plant. Mint is a flowering plant thus, it is an angiospermic plant. It is a dicot plant because its leaves have reticulate venation and seed is with two cotyledons.
