If you owned a restaurant would you manage it yourself or I or someone to manage it for you

You could do both most businesses hire managers but it just depends what you want to do

Personally I would hire someone else to manage it to lower stress. As long as that person keeps you in the know, and is trustworthy. It’s up to you in the end though!
