The U.S. -based motorcycle manufacturer says that it expects to build 148,000 motorcycles this year, up from 133,000 last year. Find the percent of increase in production.

Step by step:

To find the percentage increase you must find the difference between both numbers,

148000 - 133000 = 15000
Then divide 15,000 by the original number

15000 / 148000 = 0.101
After just multiply 0.101 by 100

0.101 * 100 = 10.1\%
