Eukaryotic cells are more complex than prokaryotic cells. They contain a nucleus and organelles. They are also enclosed by a plasma membrane.

Prokaryotic cells are less complex. They don't have any real nucleus, since the DNA isn't contained inside the membrane instead is coiled up the nucleoid.

Hope this helped :D

Eukaryotes:

• Eukaryotes have membrane bound organelles.

• Eukaryotes have nucleus

• Eukaryotes can be single celled or multi celled such as plant, fungi and insects.

Prokaryotes:

• Prokaryote does not have membrane bound organelle.

• They do not have nucleus.

• Prokaryotes have two groups: bacteria and another group archea.

• Bacteria, blue green algae and E.coli are the examples of prokaryotes
